Rhino Self Storage is a growing company looking for upbeat, energetic professionals with strong management experience andan excellent work ethic. Our ideal candidate will oversee daily operations across multiple self-storage sites, focusing on proactive sales, marketing, customer service, and property maintenance.
Job Type: Full Time 36-40 hours per week
Duties include, but are not limited to:
*Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned sites
*Deliver excellent customer service (in-person, phone, and online)
*Process payments, balance receipts, pursue collections, post transactions, and process daily bank deposits with integrity
* Ensure the facility meets the highest of cleanliness standards- cleaning units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs etc.
*Perform job duties independently and with your team as you partner with other stores in your area.
*Travel between storage locations
Candidates must have a driver's license, own vehicle and insurance. Candidates must also be friendly, honest, hard-working and good with computers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
